The primary purpose of our in-service training is to assist employees to implement and maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings, self-esteem, and confidence. 🧘🏾‍♀️Self Care is knowing your emotional triggers and not surrounding yourself with energy that will provoke them💆🏾‍♀️. Topics would include Breathe, Unapologetically ME, Boundaries, Staying focused, Meltdown moments and much more.


To use the 4-7-8 technique, focus on the following breathing pattern: empty the lungs of air. breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds. hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds.
